From 233 hp in the engine to 172 hp at the wheels? That is more than 26 percent loss.
For reference, my previous car, an unmodified 116i, is specified to have 136 hp in the engine, and the dyno said 139 hp at the read hubs. That is a loss of minus 2 percent! :-)
