The Ford King Ranch, Lariat and other top end packages are well equipped with niceties. Probably not as refined or “special” as an MB interior but with a truck I would be looking at the entire package. Interior, gadgets, powertrain, reliability, fuel consumption and let’s not forget towing and hauling.
