RealOEM.com 5 door RHD 120d xDrive exist but 3 door just don't (the latest available there: August 2018). Notice that 3 door aren't even available in most countries these days (RHD included). You still possess an exclusive chance to join Germans in buying a new RWD 3 door at least!
