Same here.
F20 116i 2013 manual with 61K (km).
Took it for service last week and was told:
1. gasket oil sweat. (not so serious in my opinion).
2. Vaccum pump needs replacement (because of oil sweat - not leaking).
3. Turbo cold air intake cracked - needs replacement.
Looks like the N13 engine suffers from the same issues. decided to replace the intake pipe and that's it.
Will check the oil-sweat and will decide in the future.
