I am driving f20 2018 with Business Navigation and have the similar issue. While listening music via Bluetooth, CD or USB the fan is really noisy. Interesting that the fan is increasing its speed when I increase the music volume. It makes me actually wonder how it is possible.
Had a visit to the service and was told that it is fine and that an additional cooling is needed for the multimedia..
