The reply I got was the original service guy will give me a call but not happy with this I asked to speak to the service manager as ultimately he is the one who will say yes or no. Waited 10 minutes when I was informed he has just gone into an accounts meeting but he has been told of the issue and as they have no record of inspection acceptance then they are liable. I should get a call tomorrow to book in if not I will be putting in a formal complaint and claim against both the dealer and BMW for the repair. I have done everything by the book and recorded everything including offering to take the car back the following day for them to check. I will see what happens tomorrow.
