Katsuobushi on rice with nori, sesame oil and tamari. So good!
Also can be referred to as furikake on rice, but without MSG.
Western translation: dried shaved skipjack tuna flakes on sticky rice with dried seaweed, sesame oil and tamari (soy) sauce.
Pic is not mine (from the internet) but that’s what I had for lunch! Even the same chopsticks I use!
