I can confidently say that with a remapped ecu, the changes are %100 that any rubber/plastic component around the engine, turbo and the exhaust will be subjected to amount of heat that exceeds their max design temp limits. Also, the increased pressure would additionally contribute to the deterioration by largening the micro cracks (induced by excess heat) within the rubber.
