On a related note one of my friends is having lots of interesting matches on Tinder. Literally 4/5 of his matches are with poly women. I didn't realize this was so popular. One of their profiles says "in a happy long term relationship with 4 other amazing guys but open to more". I was like dude RUN from that one. She wasn't even super attractive or anything.

I lived in the Boston area for 7 years; as bad as NE was it was nothing like Seattle! NE was hard to develop deep, real, relationships. At least in Boston you could always open with "Hey, you catch that game (Sox, Pats, Bruins, Celtics) last night?" and there was about a 95% chance the persona would answer "yes" and you're in.
