Stop, get out into probably crappy weather to stuff the gunk into the affected tyre then reinflate and roll to hopefully get a seal then jumping back into the car cold and wet. Finishing the journey and getting the probably knackered tyre replaced along with a new can of gunk ready for the next time.

I get that.... I just detest run-flats. Dealer advised me that they've moved on leaps and bounds since my 57 plate 320D Tourer, but once bitten....
