Pushed for a new PR today at my favorite loop… It’s just shy of 6 miles, has some pretty aggressive climbs and descents. I think I pushed too hard though, as I had to take more breaks than usual which meant a measly 2nd on total time (38:15 is my PR, did a 39:47 today).
Set 2 new PR’s on the loop though, 10.7 mph average (up from 9.7) and 35.2 mph top speed (up from 27.6). Was absolutely flying, just need better cardio so I don’t have to stop.
