125d Metallic noise from the front - not timing chain.

Hi Guys,
I am struggling to identify the root-cause of one of noises.

So I've got the 125d year 2012 with 135k KM on in and replaced for the protection the timing chain. We also been hearing the noise from the wheel RH Front as the bearing was not in best shape so changed it.

But, the noise from the front that we thought was coming from the bearing didnt go away.

Starting from the 3rd gear on min 40 km/h i can hear metallic grinding (not in the frequency of wheel rotation) that stays even when i will turn off the engine and roll withouth gear engaged. With rapid acceleration it seems like goes away. And as soon as I will drop below 40 km/h it is gone.

Sitting on the back and hearing the diff - no noise to be recognized at all.
Guys, what can it be?

Got the video, turned up the volume by 30dB so You can actually hear it since the iphone def volume was not giving satisfactory resuts.

And here the video with original volume
