Thanks for the info. I had a look under my door and can see the water comes out of the door panel. So it all makes sense. Will be going to be fixed in 3 weeks time. Hopefully the dealer knows what they are doing.
Issue must have occurred after they fixed a broken window (theft). My guess if they may have reused vapor protection incorrectly instead of changing when removing glass pieces ?
