To your point, maybe an old reference for most here especially those into the extreme sport. Evil Kenevil use to "plan things out" but he actually had engineers and physicist working or consulting for all his stunts and look at all the bad things that happen to him. He probably did not kill himself because they took all things into consideration. But you can not control what the rider may do.
Unlike most of these guys who push dirt around to make ramps and such.
