I find that hard to believe. Additionally, a person doesn't need to be 15-over to cite. Even ' allowing' 10-over the prima facie speed limit is a courtesy. |
I feel like people going UNDER the speed limit should be thrown in prison. |
It's quite annoying absent inclement weather or other relevant considerations.
