Seems kind of ridiculous since you can get it for $3000USD + import costs etc..
They also wanted around $1000 to fit.

That's insane! a few guys on here are being quoted $2,400USD in America
I think you could get the Quaife to Aus for about $2k Install shouldnt be more than $600...
I was hoping I could get it added when ordering the car for under $3.5k
We may as well just order it from a US dealer and have it freighted - would be around $3k after freight and GST.
