Actually, that never bothered me in my healthy days. I had a friend who's colon was triggered by Cheeseburgers and Parasites, which no surprise was owned by Outback before they folded.

Multiple meals from our favorite Sri Lanka restaurant didn't move anything. Never tried Indian food, though.
I have the materials in my kitchen chemistry set to compound me up a few doses of magnesium citrate, and I may try it in the future..... |
