This is good advice. At least request an extended test drive, so you can compare, back-to-back...so to speak
You are best placed to make the comparison.
My previous car was an Audi 8P S3. I have M-Adaptive suspension on my M135i, and it has a much more compliant ride than the S3 in Comfort mode, and still handles pretty well. In Sports mode, it seems similar to my S3 -- there's the odd jarring moment -- but handles very nicely. It's these features that make the car such a pearler.
