I miss the old days, the smallest mods meant the most, I swear. I would change the aerial, tyre valve caps, de-badge and feel like I made the car mine
Me and my friends used to mod our cars, we would do anything to save weight, air-con? Don't need that. Back seats? Out. You name it, then we would go for our drives and see what differences our mods made to our little beat-up Hondas and Fords
We were young (17-18) and innocent but boy was it fun being carefree, spending time together in Summer just playing with our cars, to us they meant the world.
It's not the same with these expensive cars, it changes everything, and it all becomes so serious.
I'm old now (Just turned 29), but I see the youngsters doing the same now and always have a smile, I know we might have been annoying but hell, we weren't causing trouble, doing drugs or stabbing anyone that means something in today's world.
