Have a listen to this BMW produced video about the E92 M3. Be sure to use headphones or a good set of speakers. Notice how much less "boomy" the audio is? With headphones on, the M235i video is almost unbearable. The SP levels are flat out uncomfortable.
Have a look at a spectrogram of your video (top) versus the BMW produced video (bottom):

On those graphs:
X-axis (left-to-right): time
Y-axis (up-and-down): frequency (pitch)
Color indicates amplitude (volume)
Yellow: peak amplitude
Blue: silence
See that intense yellow line that dominates the lower part of the graph in your video? That's causing your viewers discomfort. I'd request that your production agency re-level the voice over audio.
