I could also be a leaky injector, fuel leaks in the cylinder, causing both the fuel pressure to drop and the engine to 'drown'.
But really... the dealership should figure that out for you. It's definitely not normal! What does their computer say?

yes, there is definitely a buzz sound when pressing the button to unlock the doors and they have not told me what the computer tells them
