Actually it looks like a vehicle body rigidity issue now.
It's better a seal then a body.
Yet you can first enrich your chemical experience discovering those conditioning endeavours to make sure your seal is dead upon replacement: some report lubrication helps at first, but then it goes even worse than before and you may want to clean if off (or add more?).
