Has anyone had or is currently having issues with their radio?

My old fella has a 2013 plate 116i Sport, which came with a DAB radio as standard.

It's developed an issue if losing signal frequently, although it is sporadic. This was limited to the DAB stations, until recently, where it now also affects the FM stations.

It's covered under the extended warranty with Williams, but they're unable to locate any issues. Which is very frustrating.

Any experiences of this, and solutions would be appreciated.
