today's breakfast
2 egg Italian omelet : prosciutto, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and asiago cheese
home fries, sourdough toast
and a gingerbread coffee, 1/2 a stevia and cream (mug is from my youngest daughter, she's giving me the finger from college... since she was about 11, if she was on the field, or a school play and looked over I'd give her the finger and she'd laugh. It's been "our thing" which she has now exposed to her roomate and her friends at college. They'll just randomly give each other the finger)
wife had a steak and cheese omelet and her toast is some bullshit chia-seed bread
