IMO CLA 45 AMG should be compared against the M2, not the M235i. The 1M started at around $47K, so I expect the M2 to start at least at that price point as well. I personally would not consider the CLA 45 AMG simply because I don't want AWD.

My clear #1 is Harry Metcalfe. Sure he doesn't drive like Chris Harris or Steve Sutcliffe, and he seems to review super or high-end cars exclusively, but I always find his views and insights very interesting. It says a lot when I find his videos on some cars I have absolutely no interests in interesting and watching them all the way through.
I rate Chris Harris, Steve Sutcliffe, and Carlos Lago roughly the same. They would be my #2.
I enjoy Arthur St. Antoine’s Epic Drives a lot as well.
