Well I had a call today where it was said that they do not admit liability but they want to keep the reputation and good customer service they will do the respray and give me a loan car whilst this is being done. All they want from me is to draw a line under the situation. I agreed to this as all I want is the car to be right, more than happy with this. Car goes in at end of month for the respray. I will keep you informed when this is done
