eh, just have 3-4 "stages" for your lady friends is what i'd say
stage 0: one night stand
self explanatory
stage 1: hookup partner
literally all you do is sleep together, no exclusivity or any "time spending" out of sex
stage 2: friends with benefits
do many things together, literally friends but with sex as well
stage 3: LTR/GF/whatever you want to call it
stage 2 evolves into this, do not think stage 0/1 will immediately become gf material that quickly
though i get the vibe you know exactly what i'm referencing...
