I'm sure some people have taken delivery of their July-on builds by now; anyone tried the launch control yet?
Not that it's something I'll probably ever use other than once to try it out (and maybe once more if it's fun :P), will be interesting if there's actually any difference to the 0-100km/h time. To me it's largely academic, in gear acceleration is what it's all about!
Saw some reviews where they didn't use the launch control on the A45 and got 5.1-5.2s 0-100kmh. Still a very quick car obviously but quite a big diff to the 4.4-4.6s regularly seen with the launch control. Can't imagine many A45 owners will be using LC regularly (unless a M135i pulls up next to them perhaps
)
On a side note I'm taking an A45 for a test drive tomorrow. Will feedback my thoughts later in the week.
