You are right....I will eat like it's going out of style! But what I typically do is basically deplete myself right before leaving. Then when I get there, everyday the glycogen is re-filling and I actually start looking better and better.
When I get down pretty low in BF.....I can usually go 2-3 weeks of eating like crap before I start seeing an impact.
So I eat what I want on vacation, then when I get home I transition over into more of a reverse diet mode. Bump the calories a little....and have the liberty of 2-3 meals a week of whatever I want...spread out of course!
