Ordered a 135i and the 2 most difficult questions were undoubtedly
- Manual vs. Sport Auto
- Alpine White/red or Estoril Blue/black
In the end I went for the latter in both cases. Car was delivered Tuesday....totally pleased with the colour....it really stands out in a crowd and the 8 speed is a dream, nothing like the sluggish, slushy ATs of the past. Put your foot down to overtake and there's 2 downshifts in a heartbeat. Even in comfort mode its great.
Now 3 days into a holiday trip and EB still looks good even with a light coating of road grime....never happens with White. Also, there're thousands of grubby white cars on the road but only a few M-Sport BMWs in EB.
