My favorite is Expedition Overland. I'm sure it's not for everyone being that this is a Bimmer forum, but the production is nuts. Full series doing cross-continent exploration in built up rigs to local weekend trips. I think they've got a movie deal and will be on Amazon Prime here shortly, too.
