Well that is very impressive. 350 is a hell of a bench especially when pausing. Sounds like backing off from the heavy stuff and increasing your calories while slowly working back into it is working very good for you.

You will be at 4 plates before you know it if you keep playing it like this! My last 4 plate bench was probably 4 years ago. Before I started my diet...I was in the 365 range and that was "touch and go".

But I have pulled back some as I don't want to injure myself while eating at a lower caloric intake! So I have limited myself to 315 at my heaviest...then a drop set of 275, then rep out 225.
