You might want to give the tyre height as well (255/xx-18) because this will matter.

I would never do this. Especially not to awesome wheels as Volk ZE40's!
You should have bought the correct sizes to start with. Honestly, I would try and find a solution with your dealer to take back the wheels you bought and get the correct size.
