You live in such a great area to ride Side By Sides. We joined a few of the ATV parks in our area with yearly memberships where we can ride as much or as we want to with maybe a few days/year closed for clean up and bad weather.
As for the lower end models you can modify them as well and that can be fun if your into that type of thing and the dealers also sell preowned with titles.

yeah, they advertise the 4 seater x3 RS for $988 a day, but once you look further it is over $1200 a day after tax, insurance , etc...
We are blessed here in the south west with all the wide open public lands and just amazing terrain to chose from with year round weather for this kind of stuff...eventually some day we might move to southern utah where you can get some really cool modern design homes with huge RV garages for all the toys for less than most track homes here in SoCal....we fell in love with the St George area where you have Zion and Sand Hollow within 40 min drive. A side by side would be a must have for out there.

starting to warm up to the idea of a small RV instead of the Raptor to pull it with...much better for camping trips...was amazed what you can get these days for around $30k on the used market once I started digging around.
