Japan and Korea practices do not, have not included:
Theft (regular & recurring)- National Security (military espionage, cybersecurity)
- IP [violations on every conceivable level)
- Corporate espionage (ie technology)
Market Practices- “Unfair” trade restrictions to markets
- Market & Price dumping
- Trade imbalances imposed
