Just shy of 60. Active life. I was 5-10 but probably closer to 5-9 now. weighing 20 pounds more than I'd like at 198. I signed up for the Y to get swim time in starting 2025.
I am hoping the swimming helps as I went for a light hike last weekend and was at a 7.5 out of 10 in pain on a 6 mile hike. I have hiked this loop numerous times and I was an hour longer.
