Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Quebec is COLD man, like properly cold. Even if dry it's a bugger of a thing to deal with, just bolt on a decent set of winters because he could go two weeks of heavy snow/slush/minus billion degrees and be screwed on "performance" tyres that die after the first season.
