How many fucking sandings will our floor have to endure considering our dogs nails have short nails (never touching the floor) and the kids play with hard toys inly on carpets, and our lobby will have tiles, and it is a flat so all shit falls to the common area?

I placed my 22 mm massive oak parquet floors by myself and also 4 floors in my family ...
And of course massive oak is not cheap !
Advice...
You said above it's only for 2-6 months , so Anna don't invest too much money in it and just go for 2-3 good waterproof protection coats of varnish , so you can clean it also with water because I know what dogs can do ect....
