Really terrible news. Not concerned about the reduction in miles or time, just the brakes, wipers and clutch. All things I would blow through very quickly and loved having it all done for free.

I think this will start to ruin the brand as people will start to skip scheduled maintenance as I have seen a lot with other brands that don't include it. I've never been in the used market but I think knowing that maintenance is included for the previous owner means that they were more likely to have take it, making the used car more attractive of an offer.
