Servotronic and variable sport steering is not the same.
Servotronic means variable power assist.
The variable sport steering is servotronic plus an unlinear steering rack that is geared quicker towards the ends.
I think you might be confusing these options with active steering, which was an option on cars like the E60 5 series. It had a real variable steering ratio with few turns from lock to lock at low speed, and many turns at high speeds. This is not available as an option for the F20/F21.
