Just a quick update, Got the car back today and I was told throttle pedal module was changed.

Amazing that something like that can fail, Especially being a safety issue. Not been very happy about the service advisors attitude/knowledge after enquiring what was changed and raising my concerns about it happening again, He turns around and has the cheek to ask if I had any aftermarket mats fitted lol.

Anyone hope no one else has such failure especially when driving on the motorway.
