But The new Black Bay releases and new Royal especially with the Ice Blue Dial.. DAMN! I personally think Tudor in 2026 is giving Omega a serious run for it’s money, A Black Bay One is in the 4-5k range (Without Diamonds and depending on MM Size) but a 36mm Blue Dial is $4,725 where an Omega SeaMaster Aqua Terra is 7k+ NEW. I personally think at 7 it’s a bit much, But in the 4-5k range on Chrono24.. It’s a better buy. Is Tudor now “better” than Omega?

So my nephew is turning 18 next month and has always admired my watches (I don't have anything crazy expensive, all under $2500), but he has never had anything besides some $25 digital Timex. So I want to get him his first "nice" watch...not going crazy on price as I don't know how much he will even use it.

Here is the criteria:
- $300 max
- 44mm minimum
- He seems to gravitate more so to my watches that are busier and have more going on design wise
- He likes modern designs, nothing that looks classic or old will work for him
- Something "different" would be a plus

Want to buy new, so I can give him any warranty card and be done. Open to any ideas or suggestions.

Thanks!
