iPhone 5 will not load

This what I received form BMW today after I asked if their was an up date so my iPhone will work.

"There are issues with Apple phones at the moment. Apple are working on the solution, however there is no date for resolution from them."

What I have discovered is the problem is trying to use iTunes Match. all the other functions work. I'll have to down load the music onto the iPhone.

Sorry I probably don't understand your question, but what's it got to do with the BMW you drive?

My iPhone 5 immediately paired to my car and connects to my PC/Laptop/iTunes and found the stuff of my former iPhone 4.

I connected the cable to the USB port in the car and I got my IPhone music in my car, just like with the iPhone 4...

BUt DON'T FORGET to click box called 'transport music'(or whatever it's called) in the iTunes menu as well!(But this is not the answer to your question I see...)

Cheers
Robin

I'm guessing that the OP has a lot of music and went for the cheaper iphone 5 understandably and does want to load ALL of the music from the cloud (itunes match) onto his phone. He is connected via USB and he wants the ability to search and play from the cloud. OP is this the case?

Also I think that it's difficult to remove to music once it's been downloaded to the phone to remove to free up space.

iTunes Match is all my music is in Apples cloud computer so their is nothing to load each song just plays on my iPhone and should play through the cars Y cable but only plays for 5 seconds and then stops and that's it until I disconnect the phone from the Y cable.

My car is 2012 116i

This is probably more to do with your mobile signal being insufficiently strong as to download entire songs and begins to buffer after a few seconds.

You could be right with this. I try another location.
