Unhappy Door mirror adjust/fold and window winder failure

Well, went to pick up my 11 month old 120d this morning and really disappointed

During the handover, we found that the none of the mirror electrics were working (couldn't fold or adjust them) and the drivers side and both rear windows couldn't be raised / lowered.

Dealer tried replacing the switch module on driver's door from a new car, but that didn't fix it. Technician thinks it's some FOM(?) or FEM(?) module failure and will have to get replacement from BMW.

All under manufacturer guarantee, of course, but came away with a loan Mini Clubman instead of the F20... fingers crossed it won't take long to fix.

Anyone else had problems with window and/or mirror electrics??

It says 'lazy' dealer's rep for not making sure the car was 100% before you took it
it also says 'expect poor service' from them in future
It sets a poor example for the brand if this is how a dealer treats you.
