BMW M Performance Alcantara steering wheel with carbon trim and race display

Hi guys,

New here, from South Africa.

My M135i is on order, will hopefully get it in a few months.

Question. Has anyone chose this option wrt steering wheel? If so, thoughts?

Still considering if it is worth adding to the car. It is expensive.

This steering wheel is great if you drive on tracks.
Otherwise you can invest in other Performance Parts

This wheel seems to be the only chance to display the oil temp in the F20, this is why I find it a must have in the M135i.

You can display the oil temperature in the instrument panel as well by using the hidden menu.

Yes, but as far as i know the hidden menue has to be reactivated every time you restart the car, so this is not a procedure for everyday use.

But do you really need the oil temperature for everyday use? I can agree it would be nice to have, but I only need it on special occasions.
