Do anyone know how it works to change to a kit like this?

you take it all out, plug it all in, and get the car coded at a best guess..

you will probably need a combox too, and a new arial i should suspect

There are kits on eBay. But as said previously, there's more than just putting it all in.

You could code it yourself if you have the bits, but you still need the oem activation codes to use it.

It'll be very expensive

I retrofitted my car from Business (606) to Professional (609) and the unit I bought was plug and play. Got the unit from Elle Best in Singapore.

It was the mike installation that was the hardest. Max from Elle Best helped me in my install via chat in Messenger.
