Hello from Shanghai

Hi, i just ordered one 118i and found this forum.
unfortunately, there is just stardard configuration version in China,
and i have to wait for 5 months because of adding the navi package.
it's totally RMB290,000 yuan(not include tax)
too expensive and too long waiting.
Shit.

Ibeech, i've just been on the phone to my lease company (lex autolease) and been told that THEY have been informed by BMW, and 1 series cars are now on a 12-15 week lead time. I ordered mine on 26th of March and have been told the dealer will receive it on the 11th of June. I'll get it a week later most probably.

in china, there is just one way to own a new BMW, just order or buy one in a 4-S store directly.

And the configuration is lower than yours,
the price is higher than yours,
the time for ship is longer than yours,
the accessories are more expensive than yours.
Oh, shit.

ibeech,
not exactly, there are many 116s and 118s here, but all is standard configuration version. so i prefer to wait 5 months for the navi package.
and 1er is more than 11% discount in shanghai, despite the high guided price here.
