Received BAD news from my dealermy car was damaged at the distribution centre, and bmw was willing to repair or the option to wait for a new one.Another looooong 3months. So i decided to wait and change my orger to the Estoril blue M sport . Hope this one arrives on time

The only thing they willing to do is keep the price as well as trade in fixed, and throw in a free anti smash and grab tint.

I would demand an additional option on the car as compensation. The fact you've gotta wait another 6-8 weeks is a massive inconvenience! Or at least some discount!!

I would inmediately ask something in return for the extra waiting period.
In fact, under EU laws, I think you have the right to claim it, if the agreed delivery window is not met by the dealer, even if it's not written on the sale contract.

Not getting any joy any any sort of compensation from BMW. They say the trade on my old car will reduce within 3 months (thats not my problem i think), but they will fix it at current, and they giving me the M sport @ the price of a sportline.

I hope so cause its def a 6 month wait now....just got news of mid July delivery and the car was origanally ordered in January.

great choice Estoril blue.
It was the single minded reason for me to opt for the M Sport version.

My delivery is tomorrow, Saturday. ELMS in Bedford speed things up quite a bit, originally not due until early May but now mid April. Bravo
