BIMMERPOST NEWSFirst Live Sighting of Production F20 1-series The F20 1-series was just officially revealed this past weekend, but uncovered models are already driving around on the streets of Germany. Below are the first live photos of the production F20 1-series 5-door hatchback, in Sport Line trim, but without the standard 17" Sport Line wheels. The way to differentiate between the Urban Line and Sport Line trims is that the Sport Line has standard 17" wheels, high gloss black elements, wide grille slats, and front bumper insert. The Urban Line has white trim components. And if you're curious, the words on the door means "Test Vehicle." For all info/data/media on the F20 1-series, see the Official F20 Thread. Getting T-boned through that intersection might have helped the looks.... somewhat...

i said it i'm gonna say it again, if the horizontal hood line was from the headlights to the grill it would help make the car more agreesive and somewhat look better..
can someone photoshop it?? overall.. still ugly from the front.. from the side its better than before..

Actually, If you look at the pictures of the front of the car you can see the creases above and below the headlights very clearly which takes a lot of the baggage off the front nose cone. It is like this in reality but not entirely clear in the official launch pictures.

yes, definitely better, and another small tweak, the grilles should a bit lower (upper side longer than the bottom) a bit pointy like the e92 with the top edges connecting with the hood line you did. i think it would make it lookable

i don't know what you guys are complaining about. car looks great - angry. Like a mini-5 series or x3.
Not a tart-cart like the last one. Everything BMW made from the last 7 series (bangle butt) up to this new 5 series has been terrible. BMW started to get their game straight again with the new 5'er |
