Autobild leaks the new BMW 1er Sporthatch.

It's a render taken from an official image. right down to the position of the car and the Vermillion Red color it is exact to the original. You can layer one on top of the other to see how exact it is.

But this is the face of the new BMW 1er Sporthatch.

Wow, that's cool... I don't know about the headlights... I'm sure the curvy-ness will grow on me though.

OK, for a rookie, any chance of this showing it's face in north america (Canada) this time around?

It looks sharp, and I'd like to start the ground work for my wife to consider this to replace her GTi.

Looks largely the same, in a good way. Not entirely sure about the headlights though... but at least they don't look like a retarded baby anymore. I'm sure it will grow on me though, and I really can't wait to see if they do an M-Sport version!

Edit: Odd.. I can't find this anywhere else on the internet, and Autobild.de doesn't have anything about it on their website. You sure you're not smoking something weird Scott?

Not in the USA, but it might give us some hints as to the coupe that will show up as a 2014 model. OTOH, it might not if the new coupe is a 2 series that is derived more from the 3 than the 1.
